VA'ETCHANAN

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our attention on the following statement contained within the PARASHAT. It is written, “Ascend to the top of the cliff and raise your eyes westward, northward, southward and eastward, and see with your eyes, for you shall not cross this Jordan.” DEUT. 3 27. This statement was spoken by ECHAD, Blessed be His Holy Name, in response to a request made by the NAVI MOSHE to cross over to the other side of the Jordan and thus enter into the PROMISE LAND.

The NAVI MOSHE had been told by ECHAD that he would not be allowed to cross over into the PROMISE LAND because of failure to sanctify G-d in the eyes of BENEI YISRAEL (the children of Israel). The failure was due to striking the rock to bring forth water rather than to speak to it. From the ROOT LANGUAGE, crossing the Jordan into the PROMISE LAND is indicative of LAAVOR (crossing) MACHSOM (barrier) into spirituality. In spirituality, one gains mastery by the BIRURIM (purification) of the world of ATZILUT (speaking world). The spiritual law that discloses that IMAGE CREATES DESIRE effected YISRAEL creating the idea that the PROMISE LAND was to be possessed by force. The GOAL of CREATION is that we are to become a visible manifestation of the CREATOR. The CREATOR deals with CHAOS by speaking rather than the application of force. Thus the entrance of ISRAEL into the PROMISE LAND and possessing It by force would undermine the CORPORATE PURPOSE we have of being an ensample to the nations of OLAM (world) on how to attain the next stage of EVOLUTION. The effect has been tremendous, we have become a nation that exceeds in the advancement of the disciplines of the human conscious experience rather than the PROPHETS and TEACHERS that we have been predetermined to be.

The ascension that the NAVI MOSHE attained in seeing the PROMISE LAND also gave rise to the experience of a PROPHETIC VISION revealing the TREK that Jewish People would make till the END of DAYS. The journey would give rise to being scattered into all the nations of OLAM and the assimilation into their SPIRITUAL TRADITIONS. The suffering experienced in these SPIRITUAL TRADITIONS will lead to an awakening whereas we will return to TORAH. Our return to TORAH will engender the revelation of the SHEKINNAH. The revelation of the SHEKINNAH will give rise to the unfoldment of the GOAL of CREATION, that is, to become a visible manifestation of ECHAD.

DEVARIM

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our attention upon the purpose of this PROPHETIC UTTERANCE. Unlike the first four books of TORAH in which the NAVI MOSHE received PANAYIM EL PANAYIM (face to face) from ECHAD, Blessed Be His Holy Name, this is disclosed as an explanation. In other words, this is the VISION described in the words of the NAVI MOSHE, given at the time in which he is about to undergo TRANSITION and AM YISRAEL is to make the ALIYAH (ascension) into the PROMISE LAND. With this being a critical time, he is led to recapture the major events that had occurred over the forty year TREK in the wilderness. Because our history is MEHUGA (cycles), the focus upon these events will give rise to SHALEM (perfect). What is implied by perfecting is proficiency, that is, to improve by not making the same mistakes that were made in the past. 

From the ROOT LANGUAGE of TORAH, this is indicative of what needs to occur when entering into G-MAR TIKKUN in our development of HITPASTUT (the development of Godliness). G-MAR TIKKUN is descriptive of the FINAL CORRECTION. The completion of the final correction is the actualization of becoming a VISIBLE MANIFESTATION of ECHAD. In relationship to ADAM RISHON (the human conscious experience), this is PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY; in relationship to this PRESENT WORLD, it is the revelation of OLAM HA BA, that is, the WORLD TO COME.

The purpose of the Creation of the World is to be classroom, yea, it is a SCHOOL in which we are to learn how to unfold the GOAL of CREATION. Currently the school master is the EGO. The education received from the EGO does not lead to the fulfillment of the GOAL of CREATION, but rather temporary gratification and finally DEATH. It is the product of the TREE of the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and BAD. The purpose of the Jewish People in undergoing G-MAR TIKKUN first is to become the teachers as well as the ensample of the education of ETZ CHAIM, that is, the Tree of Life. The ascension of the Jewish people as a whole will give rise to the transformation of the CLASSROOM into a YESHIVA. Rather than the EGO being the SCHOOL MASTER, it is overseen by the MASTER TEACHERS of MULTI-DIMENSIONAL LIVING. The transformation of the CLASSROOM into the SUPERNAL PURPOSE of being a YESHIVA will give rise to the unfoldment of the GOAL of CREATION and manifestation of UNLIMITED POTENTIAL.

MATTOT, MASEI

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing upon the energy to be experienced in this weeks double portion. By aligning oneself with the Hebrew text, a door is opened leading to the experience of MULTI DIMENSIONAL LIVING.

Multi dimensional living may be described as the communication with the upper forces that govern CREATION. These UPPER FORCES are spiritual in nature. Their function is based upon the SPIRITUAL LAW that reveals MIND over MATTER and SPIRIT over MIND. The purpose of the UPPER FORCE is to govern the unfoldment of HAMACHSHAVAH HAELYONAH, that is, the SUPREME MIND. HaMachshavah HaElyonah has predetermined that CREATION will become a visible manifestation of PURE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS. Pure Soul Consciousness may be described as the EIN SOF or OHR AYIN. Although these descriptions are a limitation of the REALITY THEREOF, the unfoldment is the manifestation of UNLIMITED POTENTIAL.

The descension into deficiency described in the narrative of ADAM and EVE partaking of the TREE of the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and BAD created a barrier preventing one to experience SPIRITUALITY with the five senses. To LAAVOR (cross) the barrier, a SPIRITUAL TEACHER is essential. The crossing of the barrier is coming into a conscious awareness of the upper forces which is BEINGNESS. With BEINGNESS one is aided in the evolution leading to the predetermined thought of creation effected by HAMACHSHAVAH HAELYONAH. Indeed it has also been predetermined that communication with the BEINGNESS is an aspect to be experienced on this path of LIFE. Scanning the Hebrew text of MATTOT, MASEI will aid in kindling the MENORAH of BINAH (understanding) in the unfoldment. A SPIRITUAL TEACHER who is enabled to explain the effect of scanning and how it is experienced will give rise to this experience of ENLIGHTENMENT.

PINCHAS

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our attention on the following passage contained in the SIDRAH. It is written, “It was after the plague, HaShem spoke to Moses and to Elazar son of Aaron the Kohen, saying, Take a census of the entire assembly of the Children of Israel, from twenty years of age and up, according to their fathers’ houses all who go out to the legion in Israel.” NUM. 26:1,2. The census that is taken here occurs around 39 years after that which was taken after liberation from Mitzraim (EGYPT). From the ROOT LANGUAGE, the liberation from MITZRAIM is indicative of freedom from the erroneous identification with the EGO, that is, the vessel of reception, and the realization of the TRUTH of BEING. The TRUTH of BEING is that we are an individualized aspect of ECHAD, Blessed be His Holy Name. As an individualized aspect of ECHAD, we possess all of the MIDDOT (qualities) of the Creator. The differentiation is in that, from one SOUL (individual) to another, the qualities are more pronounced. The more pronounced qualities in one SOUL differing from that of another SOUL is what is termed INDIVIDUAL PURPOSE. These are SOULS that are joined to other SOULS like puzzles pieces in similarity that gives rise to CORPORATE PURPOSE. Such are the SOULS that are being numbered in the SUPERNAL CENSUS.

The SOULS that are numbered in the SUPERNAL CENSUS are referred to as the LEGION in ISRAEL. The LEGION has the CORPORATE purpose of establishing the standards of ISRAEL. From the ROOT LANGUAGE, ISRAEL is a revelation in the heart that we are individual aspects of ECHAD as aforementioned. It is not a biological identification, but rather a revelation of the SOUL. The purpose of the LEGION of ISRAEL is to establish this EMET (truth) among the nations of OLAM. It is the establishment of the EMET that gives rise to the FULFILLMENT of the GOAL of CREATION.

The GOAL of CREATION is that ECHAD will become a visible manifestation. This visible manifestation is one of OHR (Light). Before CREATION, we only have that which is Invisible. This Invisible is what may be perceived as PURE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS, i.e. OHR AYIN (the ENDLESS LIGHT). It is the ENDLESS LIGHT of CONSCIOUSNESS that is filled with UNLIMITED POTENTIAL, that HAMACHSHAVAH ELYONAH (the Supreme Mind) has predetermined to become VISIBLE. To aid in the unfoldment thereof, the LEGION of ISRAEL (Host Souls) have the CORPORATE PURPOSE of aiding in reaching the GOAL. This discloses that SPIRITUALITY is to be reached by a group, demonstrated and taught to the rest of the nations of OLAM

BALAK

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our attention upon the following prophetic utterance contained in the SIDRAH. It is written, “HaShem put an utterance in Balaam’s mouth, and said, Go back to Balak, and thus shall you say. He returned to him and behold! he was standing by his burnt-offering, he and all his officers of Moab. He declaimed his parable and said: From Aram, Balak, king of Moab, led me, from the mountains of the east, ‘Come curse Jacob for me, come bring anger upon Israel.’ How can I curse? - God has not cursed. How can I anger? - HaShem is not angry. For from its origins, I see it rock-like, and from hills do I see it. Behold! it is a nation that will dwell in solitude and not be reckoned among the nations.” Numbers 23:5-9. The narrative in context with this prophetic utterance is that Balak the King of Moab had attempted to hire the NAVI Bilaam to curse YISRAEL. Bilaam sought permission from ECHAD, Blessed be His Holy Name, concerning the matter. ECHAD granted permission based upon the promise that Bilaam would only speak that which the Creator will reveal unto him. Employing the OLAH (burnt) KORBANOT (offerings) at the sight of the first elevation, the revelation of YISRAEL is disclosed. The disclosure is that from the SUPERNAL PERSPECTIVE, YISRAEL dwells alone, not to be reckoned with the rest of the nations of OLAM (the world).

The revelation that YISRAEL is not to be reckoned with the rest of the nations of OLAM is not one that views us as being better than the rest of the sons of ADAM. Rather it is a disclosure of the ATTAINMENT and PURPOSE of YISRAEL. The term YISRAEL is indicative of possessing the revelation of being ONE WITH G-d. In other words, it is the realization that the SOUL is an individual aspect of ECHAD. The SOUL is DEATHLESS, that is, ETERNAL, IMMORTAL and INVISIBLE possessing the INFINITE MIDDOT (qualities) of the CREATOR. Because of the different grades of the SOUL, all do not possess the revelation. Those who possess the revelation and have actualized IT by attaining the consciousness of the HIGHER GRADES of the SOUL are YISRAEL. When YISRAEL is viewed as being biological, it is assimilated and reckoned with the rest of the nations of OLAM.

The ATTAINMENT, which is the realization and actualization of being ONE WITH G-d is accompanied by the purpose of being TIKKUN OLAM, that is, the repairers of the world. The TOHU (chaos) that is darkness that is being experienced by OLAM is destined to be transformed into LIGHT (OHR). This transformation of DARKNESS into LIGHT is the corporate purpose of YISRAEL. The CONSCIOUSNESS of BEING ONE with ECHAD is what empowers YISRAEL to perform the assignment. YISRAEL has been given the assignment that belongs to the Angel of LIGHT, that is, to guard ETZ CHAIM (the Tree of Life) and administer it to the nations of OLAM.
