EIKEV

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION on the title of the PARASHAT. The title of the PARASHAT is EIKEV. The IVRI transliteration EIKEV is interpreted into the word “BECAUSE.” The portion is a continuation of the NAVI MOSHE’S encouragement to BENEI YISRAEL to trust in ECHAD in order to ensure SUCCESS.

Trusting ECHAD is expressed by listening and observing the ordinances. The ordinances are revelations of ECHAD on the right use of CREATION. The right use of ECHAD’S CREATION is what gives rise to the maximizing of the potential that is concealed within.

The third precept teaches that “THERE IS NOTHING BUT G-D.” To confirm this EMET, the NAVI ISAIAH wrote, “I am HASHEM and there is no other…” (Isaiah 45:5) In this prophetic utterance, it is disclosed that in reality, the only thing that exists is G-d.

 While it is true that the only thing that exists is G-d, our perception of things experienced through the 5 senses discloses something different. No doubt this error in perception rests upon the idea that we only use about ten percent of out brain. This suggests that there is 90% that is hid from us. The error of perception that we have of CREATION is what gives rise to G-d being experienced in two states. Those states are termed CONCEALED and REVEALED.

It is the error of perception, that is, viewing G-d external to us, that gives rise to ABUSE. ABUSE which is the abnormal use of things is the CAUSE of DEATH and SUFFERING. The right use of things engenders the maximizing of the potential thereof. When the potential of a THING is maximized, the result is the manifestation of G-d that is CONCEALED. The NEVIIM beheld a TIME in SPACE where all of CREATION will manifest the CONCEALED state of ECHAD.

The manifestation of the CONCEALED state of ECHAD is the result of the revelation knowledge reaching the level of saturation in OLAM (the world). It is written, “… for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of HaShem as water covers the seabed.”(Isaiah 11:9b) No doubt the knowledge that is being spoken of is that of the ORDINANCES. The opening scenario in the PARASHAT EIKEV reveals this EMET.

As aforementioned, it is both listening and observing the ordinances that we must concern ourselves with. Listening without observing will give rise to failure. To ensure that we are empowered to observe the ordinances, ECHAD made a NEW COVENANT. It is written, “For this is the covenant that I shall seal with the House of Israel after those days, the word of HaShem. I will place My Torah within them and write it onto their heart…” (Jeremiah 31:32a), yea, it is the writing of Torah in the heart, that is, the mind, that empowers us to perform the ordinances, for as a man thinketh, so is he.

The writing of Torah into the heart of BENEI YISRAEL is what activates the EVOLUTION of the human conscious experience. The activation will manifest PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY as well as an ENVIRONMENT that will support the NEW MAN. The thing that hath been is what shall be. The Jew is empowered to keep the ordinances in light of the NEW COVENANT and the manifestation of the GLORY has began.

VA’ETCHANAN

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION on the title of the PARASHAT. The title of the PARASHAT is VA’ETCHANAN. The IVRI transliteration VA’ETCHANAN may be interpreted to mean “I pleaded.” The portion commences with the scenario of the NAVI MOSHE pleading with HASHEM concerning the sentence that had been pronounced upon him for the disobedience he displayed before BENEI YISRAEL.

Hashem had commanded the NAVI Moshe to respond to the challenge of providing water for YISRAEL by speaking to a rock. Instead of speaking to the rock, he resorted to striking it with his staff. Although striking the rock with his staff gave rise to the desired end, that is, the provision of water, the method that was employed was a failure of the test. The failure of the test gave rise to being denied entrance into the PROMISED LAND.

Understanding this scenario from the HIGH PERSPECTIVE of MISHKAHN DAVID, that is, the ROOT LANGUAGE, discloses that ascension into PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY is the result of testing. In other words, the correction that we are destined to undergo is experienced as testing.

The testing has to do with applying the revelations of TORAH to predetermined challenges that ECHAD has appointed for us to experience in some point in SPACE and TIME. There are 613 points in the heart that must be transformed in order to unfold physical IMMORTALITY. These points are desires that manifest in the mind as THOUGHT CONSTRUCTS. To transform the THOUGHT CONSTRUCTS into desire to be ONE WITH ECHAD, there is a necessity to receive the revelation of TORAH from a TEACHER and then apply the teaching to the challenges that have been predetermined by ECHAD. When we apply the revelation to the challenge, ASCENSION OCCURS. On the other hand, when we fail to apply the revelation as the illustration disclosed in the scenario, ASCENSION is denied.

This reveals the path that leads to life. Therefore, it is no small wonder that the NAVI MOSHE wrote, “… I have placed life and death before you, blessing and curse; and you shall choose life, so that you will live, you and your offspring to love HASEHM, your God, to listen to His voice and cleave to Him.” (Deuteronomy 30:19b,20a) Yea, the unfoldment of physical IMMORTALITY is the result of applying the revelations of TORAH to the predetermined test of the SUPERNAL.

DEVARIM

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the title of the PARASHAT. The title of the portion is DEVARIM. The IVRI transliteration DEVARIM is interpreted to describe the English term “WORDS.” PARASHAT DEVARIM begins as a scenario in which the NAVI Moshe gives his commentary on TORAH. The perspective that is employed by the NAVI Moshe is that which is used by the NEVIIM that are in succession with him.

Prior to this perspective employed by the NAVI Moshe, the REVELATION of TORAH was received by what is described as PEH EL PEH. The IVRI transliteration PEH EL PEH is indicative of MOUTH to MOUTH. In other words, the revelations given to the NAVI Moshe were word for word. When revelation is given word for word, it is clear, with no need for INTERPRETATION. Torah discloses that no other prophet has received revelations from G-d with such clarity as that of PEH EL PEH. It is written, “Never again has there arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom HaShem had known face to face, as evidenced by all the signs and wonders that HaShem sent him to perform in the land of Egypt against Pharaoh and all his courtiers and all his land, and by all the strong hand and awesome power that Moses performed before the eyes of all Israel.” (Deuteronomy 34:10,11)

Not only did the NAVI Moshe attain the mastery in the ASCENSION of PEH EL PEH, but he also had MASTERED that of DARAH and CHALOM. DARAH and CHALOM is indicative of visions and dreams. This attainment is the product of refining the mind. Mind refinement has to do with the purification of the SUB-CONSCIOUS LEVEL. The purification of the SUB-CONSCIOUS LEVEL gives rise to clear revelations of the UPPER LEVELS of CONSCIOUSNESS being reflected in BODY CONSCIOUSNESS. This is the ATTAINMENT that is destined to be ascended into in order to function as a PROPHET. The NAVI Moshe is called the greatest prophet because he had ATTAINED the level of VISIONS and DREAMS and beyond.

No doubt, this is written to inspire those who have been called to the work of the ministry to not become complacent with the ATTAINMENTS that are made, but rather to seek to go where no man has gone before through the study of TORAH, prayer and a lifestyle of service to ECHAD.

MATTOT

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the title of the PARASHAT. The title of the PARASHAT is MATTOT. The IVRI transliteration MATTOT is interpreted into the word TRIBE. The portion commences with the SCENARIO of the NAVI Moshe addressing the leadership of the MATTOT (tribes) of BENEI YISRAEL concerning HaShem’s instructions on how to effect a NEDER (vow). Without a doubt, the instructions concerning a NEDER were given to aid in the attainment of MASTERY over the world of ATZULUT.

The Goal of Creation, which is the realization and actualization of our CONSCIOUS UNION with ECHAD, is ATTAINED by the MASTERING of the five worlds. To master the five worlds, we must successfully undergo the CORRECTION. The CORRECTION is the transformation of the 613 points in the heart into qualities that reflect being ONE with ECHAD.

The majority of those who are undergoing the human conscious experience occupy the world of ATZULUT. The world of ATZULUT is the speaking world. When the MASTERY of the SPEAKING WORLD is obtained, the result is saying what ECHAD says, yea, it is through the WORDS that ECHAD spoke that CREATION came into being. Thus to say what ECHAD says is to tap into CREATIVE POWER. CREATIVE POWER is OMNIPOTENCE, with it, we are empowered to enter into the PATH of REGENERATION. The path of REGENERATION is the actualization of the GOAL of CREATION because it gives rise to the experience of CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT. The CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT that is experienced is LIFE without the possibility of DEATH, yea, it is no small wonder that SUPERNAL WISDOM reveals that “DEATH and LIFE are in the power of the tongue…” (Proverbs 18:21a) Therefore the MASTERY of the SPEAKING WORLD, that is, ATZULUT will engender the ATTAINMENT of IMMORTALITY.

To aid in the MASTERY of the SPEAKING WORLD, we were given instructions on how to handle a NEDER. The necessity in handling a vow rests upon the EMET (truth) that when a vow is spoken, it becomes a LAW to the SPEAKER. Thus the CREATION of a NEDER is as binding as a COMMANDMENT, giving rise to the possibility of CREATING stumbling blocks that oppose the fulfillment of the GOAL of CREATION. It is far better not to create a NEDER and be INTEGRAL in that which we SPEAK than to allow VERBAL DIARRHEA to undermine ATTAINMENTS in the MASTERY of the WORLD of ATZULUT.

PINCHAS

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the title of the PARASHAT. The title of the PARASHAT is PINCHAS. PINCHAS is the name of the son of Elazar who is the son of AARON. Unlike the descendants of AARON who are KOHANIM (Priests), the office had not been bestowed upon him. The portion is a continuation of how the office of PRIEST was bestowed upon PINCHAS and his offspring after him.

As aforementioned, the scenario is a continuation of the preceding SIDRAH disclosing SUPERNAL WRATH that had come upon BENEI YISRAEL. YISRAEL had settled in SHITTIM where they began to commit harlotry with the daughters of MOAB. From the perspective of MISHKAHN DAVID, this is indicative of UNCOVERING. In other words, YISRAEL was engaging in a lifestyle that was opposed to the fulfillment of the GOAL of CREATION. To pursue the GOAL of CREATION requires the building of relationships in a community. UNCOVERING opposes the building of relationships because it is based in SELFISHNESS. The building of relationships that give rise to ascension into the corporate consciousness of the UPPER LEVELS requires SELFLESSNESS. SELFLESSNESS is the product of observing the commandment to “love your neighbor as yourself.”

The scenario goes on to reveal that there were two leaders that engaged in UNCOVERING in the sight of the entire assembly of BENEI YISRAEL. PNCHAS destroyed the two that had engaged in the folly and was recompensed by the Holy Blessed One of YISRAEL with His convenient of peace (BRIT SHALOM). Without a doubt, the scenario is indicative of a mechanic that can be employed in effecting the CORRECTION.

The CORRECTION gives rise to making attainments in the pursuit of the GOAL of CREATION. The GOAL of CREATION, which is the realization and actualization of our CONSCIOUS union with G-d, manifests as IMMORTALITY. The CORRECTION is the TRANSFORMATION of the 613 points in the heart into the quality of being ONE WITH G-D. The 613 points are descriptive of thought constructs. These constructs are the polarization of opposites that when corrected manifest as IMPROVEMENTS in the physical, emotional, mental and intellectual bodies of those who are undergoing the human conscious experience. PINCHAS represents the zeal that one is to possess in order to effect the ATTAINMENTS in the ascension.

This is to say, that to be effective in the pursuit of the GOAL of CREATION, the zeal of PINCHAS is to be employed in the TRANSFORMATION of the THOUGHT LIFE. In other words, we are destined to pursue those thoughts that oppose the GOAL of CREATION with the idea of eradicating them until we experience peace. PINCHAS is the ensample that leadership is to demonstrate to the protege that gives rise to the ascension of BOTH.
