NOACH

Shalom Shalom. This week’s DEVAR TORAH is NOACH. NOACH is tzadik; he walked with God.
•    Even though Noach walked with God, he did not reach the Goal of Creation. He is also a prophet who has given himself over to mind refinement (stilling the mind and reflecting). He is moving in the spirit of prophecy which is speaking absolute truth. The commands come down through the spirit of prophecy. The spirit of prophecy is an authority. Noach is the senior prophet on the planet at that time. As He submits to the spirit of prophecy, he receives instructions. He received the solution to the problem that was about to come.
•    Perfection can’t create imperfection. Deficiency that we experience is a process. Challenge comes for one reason - to aid in reaching Goal of Creation. It comes from both the good inclination and the bad inclination. In our limited free will, we can either choose to respond or to react. Complaining will keep the challenge coming. Responding is with stillness. Be still in times that look like destruction. Everything is moving in harmony with reaching the Goal of Creation. Don’t reject or despise the challenge.
•    Jews are given the purpose of aiding in creating. We are creating the world. The word came into being by the power/authority of God. He is One with His authority. Authority is given to establish the standards of the Creator. Servants work in harmony with the authority. There is only one authority. We are not to go against it.
•    God formed man from the dust of the ground. The form is the measurement that God predetermined. Then He blew His energy into the specified measurement. When the requirements are met, then the Creator can enliven it. We are putting things in order. When challenge comes, check the specifics and make the corrections. Whatever God does lasts forever. What He enlivens lasts forever.
