Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the opening scenario of the SIDRAH. The PARASHAT commences with the unfoldment of the blessings and curses that are experienced in response to the demeanor of BENEI YISRAEL. From the perspective of the EGO, this system with the SUPERNAL INTENT to aid in the evolution of ADAM RISHON may be misunderstood. It may be perceived as JUDGMENT given for the purpose of appeasing ECHAD. From this perspective arises the thought of religion, that is, the approach of the Creator for the purpose of changing His attitude towards one to experience BLESSINGS and avoid CURSES.

From the teachings of MISHKAHN DAVID, the system is perceived as one that aids in reaching the GOAL of CREATION. The GOAL of CREATION for those who are undergoing the human conscious experience is to manifest the TRUTH of BEING in the PHYSICAL BODY. The TRUTH of BEING is that we are individual sparks of DIVINITY. In other words, the SOUL that we are is ECHAD.

When the SOUL joined ITSELF to the finite component termed the PHYSICAL BODY, it experienced the bondage of IGNORANCE. The ignorance is the result of the SOUL identifying with the sensations of GOOD and BAD experienced in the body. The ignorance gave rise to the perspective that the SOUL is weak, undergoing the cycle of BIRTH, LIFE and DEATH, believing to be in a STATE of DUALITY separated from G-d. This enigma gave rise to the thought that G-d is separated from G-d, i.e. a false sense of reality. No doubt the purpose of the enigma is development of VOLITION. The development of the VOLITION had been predetermined and carefully calculated so that the JEW as well as the rest of the sons of ADAM would be empowered to participate in the unfoldment of the GOAL of CREATION, yea, humanity is not created, we are creating IT.

The teachings of MISHKAHN DAVID reveals that in REALITY the blessings and curses experienced by those undergoing the process is G-d pouring HIMSELF into our vessels. The outpouring is experienced as SENSATIONS that are to be TRANSFORMED into SUPERNAL INTENT engendering the manifestation of the CONCEALED potential of ECHAD that is latent within. The mechanic employed in the TRANSFORMATION of SENSATION is MEDITATION, i.e. a one pointed focus that gives rise to a constant state of CONCENTRATION.

BEHAR

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by meditating upon the instruction given to the NAVI Moshe concerning the unfoldment of the SHEMITTAH and TOVEL. The SHEMITTAH is the observance of the seventh year. YOVEL is the observance of the 50th year after the unfoldment of seven SHEMITTOT. The question is, What do these observances imply concerning OLAM HA BA, i.e. the world to come?

Torah is to be understood as a SUPERNAL DOCUMENT given for the purpose of discerning the WORLD to COME. Yea, about 20% can be taken literally, the other 80% is based on interpretation. The focus on the SHEMITTAH and the TOVEL is to be based on this PREMISE. What both observances have in common is REST and REDEMPTION.

REST in reference to the world to come is the result of ascension into the HIGHER LEVELS of CONSCIOUSNESS where STILLNESS, PEACEFULNESS, QUIETNESS and CONFIDENCE are experienced. This conscious state is a quality that is experienced by the REDEEMED. 

The REDEMPTION is liberation from the IGNORANCE that gives rise to the bondage of the SOUL. The bondage is IGNORANCE of It being an individual spark of the SUPERNAL and identifying ITSELF as NATURE. When the SOUL COMES into the truth of BEING, it is REDEEMED from IGNORANCE thus engendering the unfoldment of UNLIMITED POTENTIAL through TORAH and a TORAH TEACHER.

EMOR 2

Shalom, Shalom. We continue our focus on PARASHAT EMOR by placing our attention on the opening scenario of the SIDRAH. The opening scenario is a presentation of instructions given to the NAVI MOSHE dealing with the laws of a KOHEN. From the ROOT LANGUAGE, the KOHEN is disclosed to be a HOST SOUL. The HOST SOUL is one that has experienced LIBERATION. In particular, the LIBERATION is that of the SOUL.

The need for the LIBERATION of the SOUL is based upon IGNORANCE. The IGNORANCE is one of identification. The cause of the ignorance of identification is based upon IT’S union with a physical body, that is, its opposite, yea, the SOUL is the desire to bestow, the body is the desire to receive. The pleasure experienced in the desire to receive when experienced by the SOUL causes it to identify as being the body. This can be seen in the fact that we say, “I feel PLEASURE or SUFFERING.” Thus the SOUL loses it’s identification in exchange for the feeling of gratification. This desire for more is one of perception  giving rise to a false perception of being. The false perception of oneself is bondage that only the TRUTH of BEING can effect IT’S LIBERATION. In other words, the HOST is one who has the revelation that it is an INDIVIDUAL ASPECT of ECHAD.

Once LIBERATION is effected, a lifestyle conducive to IT’S maintenance and unfoldment of IT’S unlimited potential is to be pursued. From the root language, the description of the BRANCHES are laws that will effect IT’S MAXIMIZATION.

EMOR

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the SCENARIO contained in the SIDRAH disclosing instructions concerning the safeguarding of the sanctity of offerings and TERUMAH. The question is, “Why are the KOHANIM (priesthood) given instructions not to partake of the sacred offerings during a time in which one is TAMEI (contaminated)?”

The KOHANIM from the ROOT LANGUAGE are those who have ATTAINED the liberation of the SOUL. The LIBERATION of the SOUL may be described as the TRUTH of BEING. The TRUTH of BEING is that those who are undergoing the human conscious experience are in reality an individual aspect of the SUPERNAL. The revelation that one is an INDIVIDUAL APSECT, i.e. SUPERNAL SPARK of ECHAD, is the first stage of ATTAINMENT in the unfoldment of the GOAL of CREATION. The GOAL of CREATION is the visible manifestation of this SUPERNAL SPARK in the physical body. The manifestation of the SUPERNAL SPARK is what gives rise to the unfoldment of the regeneration, i.e. life without the possibility of death. This state is a condition in which the physical body undergoes a constant state of IMPROVEMENT.

The offering and TERUMAH given to the KOHANIM represent the instructions that are to be embodied in the ATTAINMENT of the GOAL. Those who have not attained the revelation of the TRUTH of BEING or who have descended from this level of consciousness will discover that partaking of the instructions will not aid in the ASCENSION but will be a hinderance. Corporeal consciousness is bondage to nature, thus to benefit from instructions given for the purpose of ATTAINING a STATE of constant improvement, one must first experience LIBERATION and abide THEREIN.

KEDOSHIM

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by placing our ATTENTION upon the opening instructions given to the NAVI MOSHE to speak to BENEI YISRAEL. The instructions are the following, “You shall be holy, for holy am I HaShem your God.” Leviticus 19:2b.

The instructions that are given disclose the “how to” in the performance of WORDS and ACTIONS that are visible manifestations of SUPERNAL QUALITIES. The instructions reveal that establishing a CONSCIOUS UNION with ECHAD gives rise to the manifestation. A CONSCIOUS UNION with ECHAD is experienced as the MENTAL STATE of STILLNESS, PEACEFULNESS, QUIETNESS and CONFIDENCE. This state is what is being referenced to as HOLY. Yea, to be HOLY is to ascend into the MIND MODIFICATION termed concentration. ASCENSION into this state is the goal of MEDITATION. No doubt this truth is based upon the principle that we are an INDIVIDUAL aspect of ECHAD. Thus attaining a CONSCIOUS UNION with this individual aspect of ECHAD is to become the CAUSE of the behavior that is termed righteousness in the ATTAINMENT of the EFFECT.

ACHAREI

Shalom, Shalom. We commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing our ATTENTION upon the opening scenario found in the SIDRAH. The narrative is a focus upon the YOM KIPPUR service. The purpose of the YOM KIPPUR service is to aid the HOST SOULS in the ASCENSION into the upper levels of consciousness where SELF REALIZATION is experienced. SELF REALIZATION may be described as PURE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS. When PURE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS is attained, one experiences the truth of Being, i.e. No longer EGOTISM but ONE BEING, in which there is no compound. The service that is given in the branch language discloses a path to OLAM HA BA (the World to Come) when viewed from the root.
