Neo Hassidic - Letting HASHEM into our lives is what it's all about. We do it through our exuberance in our own ideas and acts in regard to dress, prayer, song, dance, and Torah learning. All this stimulates us to do "The Mitzvot " making this world a better place for ourselves and everyone else, Jewish or not.

DEVAR TORAH - VAYICHI

Shalom, we commence this discourse by focusing upon the PARSHA termed VAYICHI. VAYICHI is the last portion found in the book of BERESHEET, making it the end of the beginning. The unique position of being the end of the beginning is indicative of a mystery that is contained within that engenders instructions that will aid us in the end of this present age. Indeed the history of our people is linear in that it is destined to repeat itself. The linear nature of our history gives rise to looking at the events of the past to determine events of the present. Thus we are empowered to overcome the mistakes of the past by learning from our history those things that we are not to do. Learning from the mistakes of others has been a plight for humanity, the advantage of this plight in the experience of the JEW is that the events our ancestors experienced are experienced by the children, thus, the learning experience is intensified. Our history is more than stories, but spiritual lessons that are relevant to making the ascension into the New Adam and new civilization. The PARSHA VAYICHI contain such a mystery.
The portion discloses the following events. The swearing of YOSEF to YAACOB that he would bury him with the fathers ABRAHAM and YITZCHAK, the adoption of MANASEH and EPHRAIM by YAACOB, MANASEH and EPHRAIM being raised to the status of REUBEN and SIMEON and given the same authority as that of the 12, the laying on of hands of YAACOB on MANASEH and EPHRAIM with the younger EPHRAIM receiving the greater authority, the death bed prophecies given to the sons of YAACOB, the death of YAACOB, YOSEF becoming the head of the family and finally the death of YOSEF. It is from these events that we pose the question, how do the actions of our father YAACOB relate to the experience of the Hebrew Israelite in exile?
The mystery of the EXILE of the Hebrew Israelites is disclosed in the age of YAACOB revealed in the opening of the SIDRAH. YAACOB is said to be 147 years old. By employing GEMETRIA, his age discloses that EXILE will be experienced in 3 stages. The 1st stage represented by the number 7 suggesting a short time. The 2nd stage represented by the number 40 suggesting a long time. The last stage represented by the number 100 representing a very long time. In other words the experience of EXILE for the Hebrew Israelites would be one that progressively gets longer.
The SIDRAH goes on to reveal that as the affliction of YAACOB intensified, it gave rise to a meeting occurring between him and YOSEF. No doubt the meeting was to instruct the children of Israel on how to endure the EXILE for the purpose in which HA SHEM had destined it. Yea, it was told to our ABBA ABRAHAM that we would experience EXILE. This information would be passed down as a part of the instruction that was given to those who were to be the spiritual head of the family. The actions and words surrounding the final days of YAACOB would disclose the EXILE to be the means to the experience of Redemption and what the Jews must do to endure as the EVERLASTING NATION.
It is important to note that when the Holy Blessed One of Israel refers to the name YAACOB, it is the reference to his lower nature; whenever he refers to our ABBA as YISHRAEL, it is reference to his SPIRITUAL nature. The SIDRAH declares that when YOSEF came to him, that YISHRAEL STRENGTHENED himself and sat up on the bed. This is indicative of the EMET that instructions are about to be disclosed. Without a doubt, these instructions are to aid us in the experience in the EXILE.
The instruction begins with the idea of the adoption of EPHRAIM and MANASEH. No doubt this is something that must occur again in the EXILE. EPHRAIM who has been mingled with the nations of this world must be adopted by YISHRAEL and restored to the place of the other YISHRAELITES. This is the ministry of the FATHERS and whose children have humbled themselves making themselves available to receive the instructions of conversion that will restore us back to our people. To experience REDEMPTION even as YAACOB ADOPTED EPHRAIM and MANASEH to save YISHRAEL, today YISHRAEL must save itself by saving YISHRAEL. The FATHERS are destined to raise the children to the receiving of the inheritance through CONVERSION.
Just as YISHRAEL blessed EPHRAIM and MANASEH by the laying on of hands, the FATHERS of YISHRAEL must make those who are CONVERTED to be those who are empowered to multiply. The multiplication must occur to fulfill what was promised to our ABBA ABRAHAM, and thy seed shall be as the STARS of SHAMAYIM. The seed of ABRAHAM are those chariots that carry the message of SHEMA, yea, HA SHEM is one. like the ministry of our ABBA YISHRAEL, we must aid in the conversion experience and create children who will multiply the FAITH that was given to the NAVI MOSHEH.
These instructions are relevant to the EVERLASTING NATION that will endure that great and terrible day of ADONAI.

DEVAR TORAH - VAYIGASH

Shalom, we commence this DEVAR TORAH by focusing upon the content of the PARSHA. The portion discloses the events that gave rise to YAACOB’S exile in Egypt. They include YAHUDAH’S response to YOSEF framing his younger brother Benjamin, revelation of YOSEF’S identity to his brothers, YAACOB’S journey to Egypt and the vision that he received from HA SHEM cosigning the journey, the names of those who journeyed with YAACOB to Egypt, YAACOB’S face-to-face meeting with Pharaoh and the economic system set up by YOSEF him him him him him that gave rise to building the Treasury of Egypt.
The name of this PARSHA is VAYIGASH. The Hebrew transliteration VAYIGASH is descriptive of an approach. It is from this mystery that we derive the question, that is, How does the approach of YAHUDAH to his brother YOSEF demonstrate the path of transformation?
As Hebrew Israelites, transformation is the mechanic we are destined to employ in order to fulfill our national purpose of TIKKUN OLAM. TIKKUN OLAM, which is descriptive of  repairing the world, is what gives rise to the unfoldment of a New Adam and civilization. The New Adam is one who occupies the higher grades of the SOUL where transformation is experienced, transforming us into the likeness of HA SHEM. The likeness of the Holy Blessed One of Israel is opposite of that which is currently being manifested by the SONS of ADAM. The current manifestation of the SONS of ADAM is that of a RECEIVER, where as the nature of HA SHEM is ALTRUISTIC, that is, that of a GIVER. The New Adam and Civilization is not just one who is obedient to the laws and statutes found in TORAH, but also a giver. No doubt this is one of the reasons that we are commanded to place the MITZVOT on the frontlets of our eyes and wrap them around our hands. The mind is destined to focus on TORAH and the hand is destined to follow it by deeds that give rise to aiding humanity in the experience of JUSTICE.
The approach of YAHUDAH was purposed to free Benjamin from a life of slavery. It was YAHUDAH who was responsible for YOSEF being sold into slavery. The selling of YOSEF into slavery was purposed to save his brothers during the time of famine. The famine was the result of the depletion of the heavens. Yea, it is from the heavens that we receive the gifts that give rise to the sustaining of life. The heavens must be replenished after raining upon us the gift that sustains. Thus they must be replenished after supplying the earth. The replenishment of the heavens occurs after we have received her gifts by the prayers that bless the heavens and the service of sacrifice. The rule of the wicked hinder these blessings and service of sacrifice causing the people to mourn. In the state of mourning, the heavens are depleted and the gifts that we receive from it are limited giving rise to a famine. It was such activity like that of YAHUDAH selling YOSEF into slavery that gave rise to famine. Without a doubt, famine is the condition created by those who are only interested in RECEIVING. YAHUDAH’S approach to YOSEF to free his brother Benjamin was a defining moment. The moment revealed that the RECEIVER who sold his brother into slavery had been transformed into a GIVER that was willing to sell himself into slavery to free his brother. No doubt, this defining moment is that which gives rise to the Hebrew Israelite ascending into that grade of the soul where we are made like unto the nature of HA SHEM, that is, one who is a giver.
The nature of the New Adam which unfolds heaven on earth is one who is both obedient to Torah and willing to commit oneself to SACRIFICIAL SERVICE for the ascension of humanity. Like YAHUDAH, we start out as RECEIVERS, but through the successful undergoing of the challenges of life, we are destined to UNFOLD the nature of the Holy Blessed One of Israel, that is, that of a GIVER. The approach of YAHUDAH demonstrates this mystery to us, that is, true TRANSFORMATION.

DEVAR TORAH - MIKEITZ

Shalom, we commence this discourse focusing upon the PARSHA termed MIKEITZ. The Hebrew transliteration MIKEITZ is indicative of an ending. To be clear, one must discern that an ending is the commencement of a beginning. No doubt, the beginning that is coming into focus is the materialization of a promise that had been made to our ABBA ABRAHAM by the Holy Blessed One of Yishrael. HA SHEM had declared to ABRAHAM, “Know now that your descendants shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, they shall be enslaved. I will bring judgment upon the nation they are serving, after that this they shall go out with many possessions.” (Genesis 15:13,14) The question is how is the mystery of the new beginning hid in the SIDRAH effected by the PROMISE received by Abraham?
The SIDRAH discloses the dreams of Pharaoh, the interpretation of those dreams by YOSEF, the promotion of YOSEF, the vindication of YOSEF, the effect of the famine experienced in the region, the sons of YAACOB entrance into Egypt and finally the exile of Israel into Egypt. Each one of these events discloses an Eternal Invisible Power at hand.
The dreams experienced by PHARAOH were effected by the level of consciousness he had ascended to. He was able to see, but unable to discern. No doubt this rests upon the truth that there is a Protocol in the Holy Blessed One of Yishrael in sending messages to the sons of ADAM. The protocol is that He first speaks to Israel, then Israel speaks to the rest of the sons of Adam. As revealed in the scenario, Pharaoh was able to see what was about to occur over the region but he could not discern what he had seen. To discern, he had to have a Hebrew Israelite to interpret for him. Without the insight of the Hebrew Israelite, the destruction of Egypt was inevitable. It is the sight that has been given to Israel that empowers us in the fulfillment of our purpose to be TIKKUN OLAM.
The interpretation of Pharaoh’s dream disclosed that there was going to be seven years of prosperity followed by seven years of disparity. The dream also revealed a RIVER that flowed. No doubt the RIVER represented the instructions that must be implemented in order to transform the event into something that is exceedingly above that which can be imagined. The river must be a man that will flood the land with thoughts from heaven that would bring about a New Egypt that was more powerful than ever. Upon hearing the interpretation and instructions to be performed, Pharaoh recognized YOSEF to be the RIVER. This gave rise to promotion and vindication as YOSEF was given the daughter of the man whose wife accused him of attempted rape. Indeed the gift of HA SHEM will make room for us and bring us before great men. The promotion and vindication positioned YOSEF to be in the place where he could bring the seed of ABRAHAM into a land where we were strangers. The actions of a righteous man are in harmony with the Holy Blessed One of Yishrael, transforming him into a Co-Creator with HA SHEM.
By following the instructions of HA SHEM, YOSEF was able to amass wealth for Egypt that was being laid up for a righteous nation, AM Yishrael. Selling the grain that YOSEF had stored up during the years of plenty to the Egyptians and surrounding nations gave rise to building up the Treasury of Egypt. As promised to Abraham, the treasury of the nation that enslaved us would be transferred at our departure.
Last, but not least, YOSEF followed the instructions of his own dreams that would set in motion the events that would give rise to our ascension into redemption. YOSEF’s dreams required that his brothers as well as his ABBA would come and bow before him. Thus when the 10 brothers show up, he sends them back to YAACOB to bring Benjamin, yea, all of his brothers must bow before him. Not only his brothers, but also his ABBA must be brought to Egypt to bow before him. By interpreting his dream to be instruction, YOSEF was able to fulfill the promise of the exile that would give rise to the birth of our nation. The deeds of a righteous man engenders the unfoldment of the Plan of the Holy Blessed One of Yishrael.
When YAACOB arrives in Egypt, there are now two righteous men there and the famine comes to an end, and the event that will engender the REDEEMED begin. This discloses the power behind righteous deeds, it is the power to do the impossible. Let your actions aid you in the ascension into the Consciousness of the Redeemed, it will give rise to the fulfillment of Purpose.
